May Moon Yoga with Sarah Rush

Two sessions in May:
Thursday 8th May
Monday 26th May

Each session will be 45 minutes yoga themed around the moon, a guided moon meditation and a ritual. You will receive a ritual pack of journalling prompts, moon meditation recording and spell ingredients.

The yoga Sarah practises and teaches is all about carving out some time and space to connect to yourself.  One of her many favourite quotes is “yoga isn’t about touching your toes it’s what you learn about yourself on the way there”. When we give ourselves time to stop and press pause we can learn how to find a state of ease in our bodies, breathe better slow our thinking down and learn how to heal ourselves.
