An energising hour of yoga with Kat Hutchings, suitable for anyone wanting to move their body and greet the day!
An hour of vinyasa style yoga, taught by a friendly and experienced teacher. The class is suitable for beginners and I always try to make sure there is a version of each pose to suit everyone.
Instructions
Wear comfy clothes you can stretch in and bring a drink and a yoga mat. If you do not have a mat, please let me know at least 24 hours before the class and I will bring a spare!
